YEEB is building a roster of experienced professionals and entrepreneurs willing to share their expertise with the next generation. Mentors commit to weekly check-ins with their mentees and participation in periodic group masterclasses.
Sector expertise across business, finance, hospitality, agriculture, technology and the creative industries is especially welcomed.

Eligibility Requirements
- Demonstrated professional or entrepreneurial experience
- Resident in or able to travel to St. Kitts or Nevis
- Commitment to weekly mentee meetings for the cohort duration
- Willingness to complete a short mentor onboarding session
