YEEB engages local suppliers for venue rentals, catering, training materials, technology services and consultancy work. Registration on the supplier roster is open year-round.
Eligibility
- Business registered in St. Kitts & Nevis
- Valid TIN and tax compliance certificate
- Capacity to invoice in EC$ (XCD)
- Two references from prior public-sector engagements (preferred)

YEEB is the Youth Economic Empowerment Bureau of St. Kitts & Nevis — a government bureau being established to give young people structured access to mentorship, financing pathways, training and technical support.
YEEB is currently in launch phase. A Validation Workshop was held on May 22, 2026 to refine the Bureau's framework, and stakeholder consultations are ongoing ahead of formal implementation.
YEEB sits within the Ministry of Education, Youth, Social Development, Gender Affairs, Aging and Disabilities.
YEEB will serve citizens and legal residents of St. Kitts & Nevis between the ages of 16 and 35 who are currently unemployed or seeking professional advancement.
YEEB will operate offices in Basseterre, St. Kitts and Charlestown, Nevis. Full address details will be published once confirmed.
YEEB is expected to operate on standard St. Kitts & Nevis civil service hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, excluding national holidays.
