Bridge the Gap Between Ambition and Achievement
The YEEB Mentorship Programme is being designed to pair young Kittitians and Nevisians with experienced industry mentors for structured, one-on-one coaching. Each cohort will follow a fixed duration with weekly check-ins, group masterclasses and a closing certificate session.
Cohort dates, application windows and matching criteria will be published when the programme launches.

Eligibility Requirements
- Citizen or legal resident of St. Kitts & Nevis
- Ages 16–35
- Currently unemployed or seeking professional advancement
- Commitment to attend weekly mentor sessions for the cohort duration
