Speak with YEEB
Every request is read by a member of staff, not a machine. We aim to reply within two working days. YEEB drafts a summary and a suggested route to make that faster, but it does not decide anything.
Get your pathway
Build, Work, Learn or Grow. We match you to a function, a programme, a mentor, a partner agency or several at once. If we get it wrong, we move it and tell you.
Receive support or a referral
Some things The Youth Hub does itself. For the rest, you get an introduction to the partner who runs it, not just a phone number.
YEEB follows up
The same officer stays with your request and checks back in. You are never passed from desk to desk, and nothing goes cold.
